Where can I look for a used front end?

ANybody care to steer me in the right direction to find a used front axle? I am looking for an axle with 4. 10s along with all the steering components all the way out to the rotors.



What might a guy expect to spend on a low mileage used set like that.



Main question is what all models will be interchangeable? does it ned to be a 2500? does it need to be limited to '03 through '07 or is the range wider or smaller?



Would the axle alone off a GM fit? they use the same American axle right?



What model/ year GM works if any?

Ebay, Craigslist, Or look it up on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market what the body shop uses to find all there used parts.

It may be spendy, but if I were to replace my whole front end, I'd find me a king-pin D60 from a mid 80's F-350 and have a machine shop put the coil spring perches/trailing arms onto it and fab up a tie rod.



No more ball joint issues. A real D60.



Like I said, spendy, but if you love your truck but hate it's front end, then I think this would be possible.
