electronic air horns

Save money & time!! buy an electronic air horn from an Able 2 dealer or a Federal or Code 3. This is similar to the sirens volunteer Firefighters use only it is Air horn only. . Add Compact 100 watt speaker (about$100). Electric air horns driver about $100. wire it and you on your way. I am a volunteer FF and have two different units w/ speakers in my truck including a foot switch for the Air Horn. I use that the most for the idiots who pull out infront of me when I am pulling a loaded trailer! Norbe

Supeerman4422, where did you put the horns at under the hood? I didn't see any place big enough for three horns mounted together. Can you send me a picture? Clay

Tom, Told ya so!

27" grover mounted to the bed above the drive shaft facing back. 12V compressor in toolbox, 5 gal tank with quick fill and drain valve mounted to outside of the frame on passenger side... I think I have pics in my gallery but im not sure.

I like your filter setup without all the piping and box. Any drawbacks on that setup besides bringing in hot air? I'd like to do that so I can mount my horns in the intake spot. Also, where did you get your filter? I bet it's super loud!!!

its a blitz SUS stainless steel filter... that thing is crazy loud i love it!! my cousin got it out of summit racing i think. . it was on a 3000GT VR-4 twin turbo... no draw backs as of yet. . i really love how loud the turbo is. . i get all kinds of compliments!
