So where do you keep your flashlight? You do carry a flashlight, don't you? One never knows when one might run across a broken down PSD some dark rainy night.

I hate it when I pull a flashlight out of the glove compartment and find the batteries are dead. I decided to solve the problem by installing a rechargeable flashlight. I chose a Maglight, the same model that the police use. It is a little pricey for a flashlight (about $100), but it is VERY BRIGHT, and it's nice not having to worry about dead batteries. All I had to do to install it was attach the flashlight mounting bracket to a flat piece of sheet steel. I then drilled a hole in the steel, removed one of the left forward seat bolts from under the drivers seat, and secured the bracket using that bolt. It only took about 15 minutes to cut the steel and mount the flashlight. Then all I had to do is find some power to hook into. Luckily I have power seats, so I tapped into the red/blue(positive) and black/green(negative) wires that power the seat motor. Too Cool!
