Diesel Vette!

From 2002 Cummins Annual Report

2002 in $ Millions

Heavy-Duty Truck--------------$ 1,069

Medium-Duty Truck and Bus----$599

Light-Duty Automotive-----------$781 (Dodge Ram)

Industrial---------------------------$743 (marine, ag & construction)

High-Horsepower industrial-----$243(rail, mining, military)

ISB Lift Pumps---------------------$1,234

About half way down the page I linked to each of the above groups are explained.

What I found interesting was that in the Heavy-Duty Truck sector sales were up 14% over '01 due to OEMs trying to beat the 10/1/02 new EPA emissions requirements.

Sales to DC were up 31% in '02

I would bet if you broke it down to engine sales vs parts vs other stuff, the parts would be more. Just how many fleet supervisors will rebuild their line of OTR trucks with knock off parts vs using Cummins parts. Dont forget, the parts markup is higher than the engine markup.
