Without having any inside info I am afraid you may be in for a wait. Covid is running through Mexico full tilt right now and I know for fact the Mexican President has ordered the Ford engine assembly plant and several of it's Chihuahua suppliers to operate at half speed in an attempt to curb the spread. He threatened to completely shut them down roughly one week ago. Many of the engines Chihuahua builds are sold in NA including the Power Stroke.
I would imagine the Ram assembly plant is in the same boat unless they are in a part of the country that's been less affected.

I have ordered many vehicles, and even during "normal times" it rarely takes less than 8 weeks. We ordered a Grand Cherokee on March 16, and it arrived about a week ago, and it was built in Detroit, so...

I ordered my 2019 on July 9 2019.... I got it November 24th 2019..... 20 weeks. 4 of those weeks it sat at the dealership awaiting the front brake caliper recall. Good things come to those who wait.... I live my 19'.

When I ordered the 2012 it seemed No wait it took forever to get here. Ordered last week of Feb expected delivery was first week of June. Kept showing was in transit. Finally showed up very last week of July. And the excuse was No trains available due to all the oil being moved... With this Covid Bs the whole world is crazy. My friend had a tough time finding a new refrigerator when his old one died. Nothing is being shipped.

It shows a ship date of 7/3 at 6:06 AM, the current location is Corning NY on 7/24. It is showing an ETA window at Elmwood as 7/27-8/10.
So it's getting close. Not sure why the ETA window is so large, has to be something to do with rail traffic. I checked a couple VINS before and after yours and they are taking quite a while to get to their destination.
