2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Where is the horn relay??

Got a 2000 3500 with a non working horn. Checked the fuse and ok, but there is no relay to be found. Not even a listing in the fuse/relay box on drivers fender. Where is the stinking relay??

the relay is found under the hood in the power distribution panel (black box) drivers side

I just checked my 2001 20 amp horn fuse, since its also wired into the alarm system

Well that is what one would think, but there is NO listing for Horn relay on the underside of the lid giving all the fues and relay listings.
