Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where is the idle.

I feel really stupid asking BUT... ... ... ... ... ... ... Where is the idle adjustment.

Nevermind I found it in a old tdr mag.

Gonna have to get some of those replacement plastic pins for the inner fender before I can do mine. Aww heck that means I'll have to do it again when I put in my GSK!:{



I was told they pop out, but I tried one and it broke!

Its not too bad once you figure out where it is. It takes 10mm wrench to loosen the jam nut, then grab the throttle rod and open the throttle and the adjuster screw can be turned by the other hand. Use a mirror to see what you are doing and then its pretty easy to do once you know where everything is.

If your truck has four wheel abs system, You just can't reach it laying on the fender. If I stand in front of the headlight, its a piece of cake with a sledge hammer holding the throttle down .
