My 2006 4WD is in need of rotors after 150K. Any place better than the other to source them? Anything the aftermarket is offering that I should be aware of?

I personally use OEM brake pads/rotors/misc parts. I've been happy with the longevetity and quality. 150k is just fine for rotors, by stockers and change them again at 300k sounds pretty good. Others have had good luck with some other places and i'm sure they'll fill you in. Brakes are about the only thing i get from the stealership, that and heartburn.

that and heartburn

I went to Amazon and there are over 30 different brake rotors available!!!!

I had no idea this truck would offer that selection. I use EBC brake parts on my motorcycles with excellent results. Any reason t9o think they wouldn't give the same performance on our trucks?

No i think EBC would be just fine, i know guys that run them on a couple different applications and really like them. I would just call to verify the correct part number. I hate when you look something up online, especially rockauto, and get 15 different part numbers for the same thing:-laf

Ditto on rotors from Performance Brake and EBC pads from Super Brake Warehouse!

I have Performance Brake silver dimpled and slotted rotors all the way around, EBC 7000 series pads in front, and EBC 6000 series pads in the rear on my truck. The EBC pads are wonderful with almost no brake dust!

I just installed EBC 7000 series brake pads. First pads lasted 76,000 miles, and rotors mic'd at 50% life left. So far, I like them. They are still bedding in, since they have that break in coating. So far, they are already biting harder with less effort and should only get better.
They aren't supposed to make as much dust, either. Time will tell.

I went with Carquest rotors they were made by Raybostos at least that's what the box said. The stock ones failed in a strange way almost like they delaminated.
