You can buy one from your cummins dealer. I don't remember the part number off hand but I bought one just about 1. 5 months ago and it cost me $7. 58. You can do a search and find the number, when I get home I'll post another reply and let you know for sure the part number.

I bought mine from Tri County Machine (John 860-642-7033). Seems like it was around $25. He was very helpful. His kit supplies spacers to move where the seal rides on the shaft to get it away from the wear ring. He even shipped it out before I mailed him my check.
