Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where to find wrecked truck

Hey guys, I am interested in a wrecked truck, as I am after the driveline. My question is where to find it? No matter where I seem to look I can't seem to find one. I am looking for a diesel 3500 manual 4x4. Does anyone know if there is a website or a place where I can find one of these? Also what is a wrecked truck worth? Thanks.
