WHere to get 1st Gen hitch

I was in an accident last month with my mom's truck, and the rear bumper was creamed, (along with the Neon that rear-ended me) and did some minor damage to the rest of the truck. With some of the insurance money, Mom is looking for a 10K receiver style hitch, but cant find any locally- either 94+ or 7500#. No 10K first Gen. Will a 2nd Gen hitch bolt up, or do we need to look for a 1stGen specific hitch?
