I was Just lookinga at edge's site and saw only a comp for 2000 and down. There is a comp for a 2001 isnt there?

I would not use the comp on the stock auto (pump wire attached)

As Bob Wagner said above, you don't want to use the Comp with the pump wire attached unless you have updated your transmission. Or else you will be calling Bill K. anyway!!



The Comp without the pump wire is the same power as the EZ, just with in-the-cab controls

I have bumped up my line pressure. and will be adding a vb soon. I have some one that wants my ez so I was going to upgrade.

PS They threw in this kick a$$ bracket that bolts on the knee bolster, makes for a super clean install.

bumping the line pressure will do little or no good with the pe comp set in the upper stages

Even with the upgraded VB your going to slip the stock TC

Let's see, how can i say this right. If i bought a comp and didn't hook up the pump wire, at what level would it need to be run to be comparable to the ez? Would you still get more power out of the comp versus the ez ? I was leaning towards the ez, but i know i'll want more power later, so now i think i want the comp. But want to keep warranty in tact for a few more miles, so i'd leave the pump wire unhooked.

If you purchase a comp and not hook up the pump wire it will function like the EZ box

The nice part is that you can still turn it off from in the cab. And have the extra hp just one wire tap away. .

Shop around for an hour or so. You can end up saving yourself more than a $100 easily. I've seen from $800-$640 for it
