Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Where to get an intake horn

Or hat or what ever the going term for the aluminum thingy on top of the grid heaters is?



With the new rush in boost coolers that drill and mount to the intake horn, some people may want to get a spare to do this on, or set them up to reinforce the mounting points. I want to take a good look at the horn, and the mounts to see what it will take to build them up a little.



Anybody have their old one laying around after installing the Banks High Ram kit?

What I've found makes the most difference on where you drill and tap is if your new connections interfere with other components on the outside of the horn.

There really aren't many choices on location.

Dealer wants less than $50 for 12 valve air horn, 24 should be about the same.

$50 is not bad, but I would rather clean out some TDR members "Why am I keeping this?" pile than give more money to a dealer.

I guess I will let you two deside who wants it, make me an offer highest one gets it, hey this is kind of like ebay! What ever it is plus shiping and its yours! As far as shipping goes, I have no idea what it would cost.
