sorry

sorry if I sound like a jerk, but gee wizz ... I will bet that about 19000 of the members on this site are in violation of some law and could get locked up in levenworth or where ever for modifying something on their truck, car dirt bike harley ect. If you all look at the law at least CA law you can not modify an exaust system in ANY way IE change function etc from stock.

if you look at more laws in California you'll see that there are no vehicle inspections on diesel powered vehicles ;)

ditch the cat... these are just "work trucks" to the average joe...

my buddies and I used to get checked all the time at the street races when we were young punks in mustangs and camaros...

you'd have to REALLY **** someone off to have them dive under your diesel to look for a cat!!!

On the 1994 Rams, the first half of the year, they used a 4" stainless pipe that necked to 3" at the inlet, instead of a cat. I have a couple of these pipes laying around. This pipe would work on Cal 2003-4 Rams also. For the 2004. 5, you would have to make up a piece of 4" with mandrel bends in it.
