Where to get dually simulators ?

I have been looking for a set of bolt on stainless dually simulators but all I see on the internet are ones with only 4 vent holes, not 7 like the OEM ones. Anyone know where I can get a set that is correct for Dodge ? With the way the brakes heat up in traffic, I am not going to start covering up the vent holes in the stock wheels just for looks.

If you want it to look like the rims on a big truck, you could get these- http://www.realwheels.com/16-19.5inch.html These are stainless.
