2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Where to get plastic grill

I have a 2nd gen 2002 3500 which has had the lower right side corner broken off the plastic grill. I believe it has the sport grill. I want to find some place i can get the plastic grill replacement and then get it color matched to the dark blue metallic color of the truck.

The last time I checked with my parts department on that one you had to buy the entire hood/grille assembly ($500+!!!!!) and couldn't buy the grille separately. I was looking into putting a StreetScenes speed grille overlay on it and painting it to match the truck. WAY less money.

You can get the plastic grill through Auto Body Panels for about $40. You'll have to find somebody to paint it.
