Orange County Diesel did mine. They are located in Huntington. They help me out with things that are beyond my mechanical knowledge. Be prepared, it'll probably cost well over $2000. I would suggest doing the lift pump and getting a fuel pressure gauge if you don't already have one.

only in californicate u, you can get the vp44 replaced ANYWHERE else for less just got a quote from saitta trudeau in pahrump, nv for less than $700 (approx) and they do EXCELLENT work!!!!(fast,clean, and done right the first time)
