2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission where to mount pp

i am going to install the vulcan kit tonight and i was just under there looking and it lookes like the outside the frame would be ideal... where did you mount yours. i have a QC short box so there are only 2 brackets holding the fuel line,the back one is just in front of the tank
