Where to post???

With all these new forums comming out how about road condition one. With summer here a lot of us are going on trips, myself included. It would be nice if I knew how the road is before acually getting on it. Is it a smooth road, straight or curvey, is there any road constuction going on at the time I am going, and so on.



For instance I am going to Las Vegas, Nv. from Oregon. I am planning taking I-5 to weed then cut across to Susanville and into Reno. It has been a long time since I was on that road and would like to find out how good or bad it is. What to look for as far as sites and side trips?
