Just like the title says where can you buy uni air cleaner oil to clean a scotty air system?

try just about any motorcycle shop. I used to use a oil that was bio-degadable with was nice and easy to clean but no clue what it was called.

You're probably referring to "No-Toil". Again, available at most metric motorcycle shops.

For foam filters, I love the Honda filter cleaner and oil. Very sticky, catches everything. I used it on my UNI filters on my bikes, and the foam filter elements on my Nitro radio controlled cars. Honda motorcycle shop should be able to hook you up.
