Lokks like you still have the stock turbo. What difference, if any did you notice with the ATS? Any difference in temps, spin up, power? Do you tow? If so, how much weight?
Unfortunately I didn't have the gauges before I installed the ATS manifold. I do tow quite a bit though. I tow a 37' car hauler with 2 Jeeps on it quite a bit. The pic below was just taking 2 YJ's up to Wisconsin to an off-road shop. Weight? Let's just say I have probably exceeded DCX's specifications by just a hair a time or two. :-laf I have to get on it pretty hard before I have any EGT problems though.
I should have painted the manifold before I installed it as well. But, when I pull it apart to get that nut in there, I will take care of that. For now I want to keep my warranty people at DCX happy. Once that is gone, I will start to play the HP game. For now, I am ditching the Grand Cherokees and plan to stuff my 360 drivetrain into a TJ with high pinion 9" axles. That will be enough tinkering for me for a while.
