I'm in the market for some Banks Dynafact gauges, 3 of them with the pillar mount.

Has anyone bought these recently or does anyone know the cheapest place I can get them?

I've checked out www.dodge-pickups.com and it looks like it's gonna cost me upwards of $400 from there. I'd like to get them a little cheaper than that!

Thanks for the help.

I've got a banks egt and boost guage that were never installed if your interseted, email me at -- email address removed --

you want to get rid of your autometer gauges?? whoa, thats bad! I would much rather have Autometers than diprocols... which series of autometers do you have?? let me know, as I may be interested in buying them!

Well you guys have convinced me that I now need a fuel pressure gauge instead of the transmission temp so I guess I'm leaning towards the di-pricol gauges now. I think that they look the best and they have a pretty good reputation so I'll probably look into some of those once I build up some extra cash.

Thanks for all the replies.

Charlan,

Honestly, it's not worth the trouble to me to take out the Autometers and reinstall different gauges. I've got a setup that works well now, I just like the looks of the DiPriocol gauges better.

Di-Pricol gauges

HeavyHauler,

We have the Di-Pricol gauges in complete sets including fuel pressure with painted mounts. The Di-Pricol fuel pressure gauge is a 0-30psi gauge with 0-5psi red lined and we have a new diaphram isolator and tube kit to complete your installation. The isolator is very important to ensure that fuel cannot enter the cab should the gauge or tubing ever fail.

My Di-pricol fuel gage isolator failed and fuel still entered my cab. Thankfully Geno's replaced it free of charge with a Westech cubby hole gage and even gave me a Di-pricol transmission temp gage to go in the empty hole on my 3 gage pillar. My Di-pricol EGT gage fogs over every time I drive with the lights on and they are aware of that problem also. Geno's again is going to fix my problem by sending me another Di-pricol EGT gage that is supposed to have the fogging problem fixed. So far the Di-pricol boost gage has been OK but it's the only one. Thank God for Geno's is all I can say.

mcoleman,

You are exactly right the Di-Pricol isolators of the past were not reliable and we saw this same problem with them. That is why we now use an industrial diaphram type isolator with our gauges.

The fix for the pyro fogging was to change the lighting from two very hot lamps to an LED and a bulb. So far it seems this is working.
