How many miles do you have on the truck? With a load on you should be able to hit at or near 20psi of boost anytime you put your foot in it while in the top 3 gears. When mine was stock I would ALWAYS hit 20psi at full throttle REGARDLESS of the load/grade/ temp/any other reason while in 5th or 6th. If you have clean air and fuel filters, you DO have a problem. If your dealer won't help you, go to a different dealer. I pulled my 38ft 5th wheel a couple times while stock and never had to drop below 4th (8% grade) I could pull most hills in 5th.

Hi Jerry. I noticed the problem at less than 2000 miles. The truck now has 2500 miles.

As for the dealer, I think they want to help. The problem is what action should be taken. No DTC's have been recorded, and everything is operating within specs.

I am hopeful the co-pilot recorder will provide the answers. However, I will br changing the fuel filter before hand.
