How about 10 bolt adapters to make SRW a DRW?

What year did they change the extended cab doors?

I installed the Brite Box and am ready to install Fogzilla. The new bulbs are supposed to be Sylvania 9005 and 1700 lumens. I went to Wal-Mart to buy the bulbs and there are four or five different 9005s. None of them have lumen ratings on the package. Which one do I buy?

I think the differences in the bulbs are the ways the bulbs connect to the truck's wiring harness. Pull out the stock fog light and pick up the 9005 that matches the stocker. The Silverstar Ultras I have seem to work very well.

No, I already know that the 9005 bulb bases have to be modified to fit -- trimmed either with a Dremel, a file or some other sharp implement. The Fogzilla directions are clear about that, so simply selecting the one that matches the stock bulb base won't necessarily get the one that puts out 1,700 lumens instead of 1,000. There are at least 4 choices of "Sylvania 9005" at Wal-Mart. So which one is the one that puts out 1,700 lumens?

I've been to several auto stores looking for the lumen rating also, its driving my nuts. There are several 9005's but I cant figure out the difference either. I just want the brightest ones.

I wasn't talking about the modification w/ the Dremel. I was talking about the actual shape of the plastic part (or base) of the whole bulb assembly that cradles the glass part of the bulb and connects to the wiring harness of the vehicle. Some I think you will find are in an "L" shape, while others would be in a straight "I" shape.
