2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Which Axle?

I have a 1996 2500... ordering some parts, and I'm not sure which axle I have.



-My truck is listed as an 8800 lbs GVW

-Says front is 4850 lbs

-Says rear is 6084 lbs



My options for parts are 3500 lb front axle or 4500 lb front axle.



I assume mine is the heavier 4500 lb rating?

You should have the dana 70 The dana 80 was on the 5 speeds

Well, crap. The Rock auto site is giving me the option of Dana 44 or Dana 60 for parts.

Front is Dana 60, rear is Dana 70.
