Theres a reason 95% of the people here use SBC!
yes they were first to come to the market with a good product. are you saying I should have one, because the zoom I have is doing the job. yes I have an sbc from a 2 gen I had. it held the same power as the zoom but was much stiffer at the pedal. now given the choice to spend more money for the same results ;) , well you understand. unless you drag (slipping the ceramic disk :( ) and sled pull, a bunch ,the zoom will hold 500+ nicely I am. the wife will drive now as the clutch is not unbearable. I liked the sbc, and I like my zoom and its holding up very well.

Glad your happy with your ZOOM clutch, Im happy with my SBC, my next clutch will be a dual disc from SBC since ZOOM doesnt make any dual disc clutches for the mega high HP, sled pulling, and drag raceing guys.

well I have drag raced the truck. it just does not like any slippage or it will chatter like most ceramic disks. well I guess you are outta my league even though you don't know me or my rig  . for the trailer towing with big power it will save you money. that is my experiance not what it will do. done some third gear launches last night yeah it will hold during drags with power, maybe not mega power though  .

I would like to see a ZOOM stand up to one of my 5th gear pulls coming out at 3700rpm and 60lbs of boost!! :-laf

(of course the DD's are purpose built clutches that some may not be able to drive or handle)

I doubt it will do that. I bet you would be told that. I know if I was doing that I would have a haisley clutch. I know they hold great, and if I have a problem they are close to help. I know you have seen them in action. justin send me your number(lost it :p ) I will call when I go to tst.
