The 11th character in the VIN:
K=Pillette Road (windsor), B=St. Louis (south), M= Lago Alberto, J=St. Louis (north), S=Dodge City, W=Toledo, G=Salito.

Look at the fine print on the side window glass. Mine says hecho en Mexico.
