You can really run any plate you want if you adjust the governor arm to match the profile. The 4, 10, and 100 are really aggressive and fuel hard on the bottom. The 10 pulls back on top some. a 5 or 6 will do equally as well with a softer bottom end. It really depends on how you want the truck to act. Most folks any more grind their own 100 version and then spend time tuning the afc for low boost control.

I have the PDR adjustable plate. I like it because I can turn it up for pulls or races and detune for driving. If you have the 215 pump you can get something like 150hp worth of adjustment out of it.
 
The 10 and 100 (I made the first one for Forrest Wolf and I don't know who all are trying to copy it now) are primarily for the 215 HP pump. For a 95 engine's pump, the regular #4 is fine for maximum fueling.
