PROTURBO:
My son and I just installed a "Product Engineering" PE 4200
on his 2001 Dodge CTD. My son ordered the pump and "kit"
from Andy and Doug @ "Advanced Diesel Technology" in
Mt. Pleasant, Pa. (724) 335-6167.
This pump flows 270 GPH and is made VERY WELL! Their
kit includes the PE 4200 pump, stainless steel braided fuel
line (1/2") from the fuel tank all the way to the VP-44 pump,
Aeroquip Fittings, fuel tank pick-up w/filter, and all the wiring
wire fittings etc. for the pump.
My son's truck is set up as follows: TST PM 3, Diesel Dyn. TTPM "Piggybacked" on top of TST Box, DD "Supermental" Injectors, Piers HX-40/16. Prior to the installation of
this PE 4200 Pump, my son was "pulling" the fuel pressure
down to "0" under WOT with the box set @ 7,8 or 9!!
Since the installation of the PE 4200 pump, with the box
on "9" and under "sustained" WOT acceleration the
fuel pressure NEVER moves off of 16lbs. !!!! The only
"limiting" factor now is the EGT's!! The truck seems
ALOT stronger on the bottom-end now and his top
speed has gone up some also!!
I believe the pump comes with a 2 year warranty also!
Andy and Doug can sell the pump separately if you don't
want their whole kit, but we recommend the larger fuel
line all the way from the tank to the pump and I think
they would tell you the same thing!! This is a very good
pump!!
"Jetpilot" (Doug Smith) is also running this same pump
and is very happy with it! As you probably know, he is
over 700 H. P. with his nitrous and propane and runs the
s*** out of his truck on the street and on the strip!!
E-mail me if you need any more info!
Take care!!
