While working in the garage I like to leave the cab door open on my 97 and listen to Open Road on XM radio. Which fuse can I pull to kill the interior lights to save on the batteries?

Thanks

Don

If I remember correctly from my '96 there is a position on the headlight switch that turns off the interior lights. Try turning it full CW or CCW.

Seems to me my interior lights go off by themselves after several minutes with the doors open. Mine's a '98, though, and maybe they wired them differently that year.

Try this, open the doors, turn on the key ("accessories" or "on"), then press the door button in the door jam by the hinges to kill the chime and lights, then release (lights will come back on). Give it a few minutes (5 or 6) and maybe your interior lights will go out.
