As the title reads, which is more important. I know I should have both. I'm looking to buy a setup on ebay, and I can substitute the transmission temp for the fuel pressure, just curious as to wich is needed more. I'll get the other later, just trying to figure which I need more out the gates.
 
If nothing else, Fuel pressure gauge... . Without a doubt.

If your buying the 2001 right now, i would put a gauge on it before i bought it . Also check the codes, turn key on (dont start) off on, off on, watch the box where the mileage shows up, if there are any codes it will display them.
