Will 2002 tow mirror fit 2000?

16 ft Heavy Duty Flatbed Dump Trailer

The Megallan Roadmate 2000 is also powered by an internal lithium ion battery and comes with 12v and 120v chargers. It is portable and will fit in a pocket but, is only useful for on road use. Sorry if I didn't catch the general GPS thing... . happy hunting

I have used both the Garmin GPS V and bought a tom tom 710 a year or so ago... LOADS of differences. I really like the 710 much more reliable and has a feature that I really like which is the assisted sattelite navigation. Allows you to use it in a tunnel or if in Boston which is the worlds worst tunnels can be used reliably there.

I still have the GPS V which I use off road and when flying or boating as it has the capability to navigate without roads and destinations.

Hands Down on the Tom Tom for most uses. I carry it with me whenever I fly to a new city or a city I am not very familiar with.

Just my 2 cents.

Whatever you decide, stay away from the TomTom units. Lousy software, hard to use (other then the basic A to B stuff with no alternates). Poor customer support...

For portable (hiking) GPS's, the Garmins are packaged well, pretty good interface and decent reception in cover. The higher-end Etrex models with some Mb storage for map detail are nice if you are hunting or hiking and not really staying on a set trail. My only gripe with the etrex series has been their cold start ability on hillsides/heavy trees and obtaining a fix, usually not an issue if you entered the area with it powered-on and tracking. I haven't tested my Garmin Rhino to extensively yet, but an initial test was not impressive, powering on and starting to walk it failed to gain a fix in basically open-flat terrain, only gaining a fix once I stopped for about 5 minutes. Unacceptable!

We recently purchased a Lowrance iWay 250c for traveling and it is excellent, great interface, reception, routing and decent features for the price (about $250).
It is portable, but doesn't have hiking features like elec compass and easily set waypoints.

I have a friend who recommended the Garmin Nuvi 350 and after researching the features, I decided to buy it. I Goolged it and looked a the online dealers and the lowest price, $339 was at MegaGPS.com.
