Ya but i had water meth also, i did 446 on fuel only.



I think BBD pistons are fly cut for valve reliefs also i believe, maybe Scott will chime in. Those valve reliefs are definately needed turning his rpm's.

cool deal. did you run 50/50 mix or what? we put meth on my buddies 03 and with a 50/50 mix you can hardly feel it. looks like it did a pretty good job on your truck .
 
Ya 50/50 with both 625 jets and the pump turned all the way, i thought maybe it would put the fire out but it didn't. I have since sold the kit and i downsized my inj to 275's. I plan to get a 12v this winter to be a play toy.

does the extra clearance from injector to the piston not change the timing i wonder if thinner washers under the injector nozzles not be needed to keep the timming and spray pattern into the piston bowl the same

You can't run thinner washers on the 24v due to the alignment of the injector tube into the injector... .
