Which injectors should I get?

I'm looking for RAW POWER.



Should I get PODs?



This is my dilemna: I want to get a set of EDMs, but Don is a ways from getting out a set of high flow first gen EDMs, so I think I might just get a set of PODs for now.



So do you think getting PODs for now, then getting the big EDMs down the road is a good idea?

Did you consider a set of Bosch industrial injectors. Check out www.smokindiesel.com Also, what about getting your stock injectors turned into 370's or something from places like Scheid diesel, Columbus Diesel, St Joseph diesel, or other performance Guru's. When I changed the injectors out on my old truck, from the stock to these performance I saw 4 more pounds of boost, this was without even touching the pump. I loved these injectors, the main reason being that they were very cheap compared to the others and i didn't have cold weather issues or excess smoke.

What are 370s?

The marine injectors that all of the second genners run. They are called Diamond B 370's, I'm pretty sure they are from marine application.

How many holes do they have, and do they flow more than POD's and DD3+'s?

I have read on here that comparatively, the PODs are a 390 to the 370 Daimond Bs. That would put the PODs about 8% more flow than 370s.



I'll have a report on my Mach1 EDMs tomorrow. I've been under the weather, and am not as eloquent as normal. THey still smoke, but not NEAR as much. MOre of a grey haze than a black cloud like before. Part of it could be my old pump having been cranked up, though.

Yes they are from the marine "Diamond performance series" engine (see my signature)



The marine engines are 270,300,330,370.

A co-worker with a 96 has the 300s... lots of black smoke upon launch ... . he dynoed around 260 rwhp I think.
