Going on in the next week: Air intake, 5" exhaust, B1-2 turbo, Drag Comp, Full Billet DTT, FASS 150/95, Guages. It's an 02 2500 QC/LB 4X4. I also have DD3s and I'm wondering what HP you guys think I will be at, and if you think I should go a head and drop the $ for some Mach 4s now... ... I want to be over the 500hp mark... .

What do you suggest? I also have a Snow stage 2 kit, and could possibly go twins. But I've seen lots of people going over with a single, I'd kinda like to keep it a little simple with one turbo... I do have all the piping and the lower S300 from a BD kit... .

Buying parts dosen't give me experience or knowledge... . Actually I'm trying to stay away from studs for now, that's why I wanted to keep a single. I can't see runnin twins yet untill I can really take advantage of them...

If you want a gauranteed 500hp here is a list.

1. Drag Comp on 5x4

2. Mach 4's or Dragon Flow [I made 476hp/936lbft with just Dragon Flows, Edge Comp [not drag] & HTB2 62/12. ]

3. A Silver Bullet 62, SPS 62/80 or Super Stock 62 with 3 piece manifold... . you pick!

4. AFE stage 2 intake

5. Exhaust 5" will be more than enough.

6. Billet trans

7. Fass 150

This is the list I'd use, but just my $. 02

So you think I definately need more turbo? The turbo I have made 467/1045 w/ Mach 4s, Smarty/PM3 stack, and a RASP before the owner took it back to stock. And he claimed a failing VP at the time. ?. ?. Maybe bigger injectors and add my water/meth? Or more turbo now? Or all? Any input is appreciated!

I looked on Schieds web site and I don't see any ting about 200hp injectors. I saw a person on another site selling a set... . any body have first hand knowledge of them? Any input is greatley appreciated, the truck goes in tomorrow for the trans swap and he will be doing the injectors too so if I decide to switch I gotta get them soon...

The B1 series turbos are Schwitzer units. The -2 has a smaller exhaust side for quicker spool (usually for an auto trans). Mine also has the EX4 which means it has the 4" downpipe like an HX40.

In a nutshell!

Well i have a edge comp, sps 62 turbo, 4'' exhaust, AFE stage 1 air filter, 90 hp lighting injectors. I made 525 hp and 1130 for torque. just my . 02

With Mach 4's you should be over 500hp. It will be hot, but you'll be there. I dyno'd 515hp with Mach 4's, a drag comp, and a 35/40 hybrid. Don't ask about EGT's... :-laf Your B1-2 should move quite a bit more air the the 35/40 hybrid did.

For what it's worth, when I went to twins with everything else being the same, it dyno'd 565hp. Just make sure that you have the fuel supply to keep the VP44 happy.
