Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Which line for transmission temp probe???

Okay, help me out here. I've got the Jannetty probe manifold to install the transmission temp probe. When I crawl under the truck, I see two lines going from the transmission to the cooler. I'm sure one is to the cooler, and the other is from the cooler. Which one is the hot one that I should install the probe on? (Give me a perspective as if I'm laying on my back looking up. )

On my 2002, the line that goes into the rear port of the water heat exchanger is the hot line into the water heat exchanger. It is the line closest to the cab firewall (passenger compartment).
