they are both good oils. which ever you want to spend your hard earned money is your call...



if you search in the products/accessories forums, you will find many oil wars [if the threads have not been deleted] you can also go to bobistheoilguy.com and check out their forums there. all they talk about is oil and filters and greases...



i run XD-3 0w40 pao based oil in my truck now, as it is less than 50% more expensive than regular rotella t 15w40
