BOB and MARCO- Smarty High idle

Tuning Platform of Choice

Going to switch from Rotella T 15W40 to Rotella T 5w40 synthetic since they now sell it at Wally World at a very good price. Figure with my driving I can run it for 7500 miles with no ill affect.

Make mine Rotella T 15-40

Price is good at BJ's, don't need to worry about oil analysis changing at ~5K. Where else you gonna get a smell like that:rolleyes: Makes no sense to me to spend more because of how I use my truck. Other than some minor leakage, I use no oil at 128K. I figure 2-300K and the body will be so ratty it won't matter anyway.

What he said ??? :D

It'll be a while until I run out of Delo, even changing it every 3K. But then, I have to BUY my oil. Costco gets my vote for this one :)

Mobil Delvac One full synthetic for the engine, Amsoil for the front and rear Diff's.

I change the Oil filter every 6000 miles and use the Fleetgard Stratopore filter.

Engine oil gets changed every 3 years or 50K miles, whichever comes first. ;)
