HELLO...

I think the RANCHO shocks are "CRAP" I've tried both the 5000 series an the 9000x an now there DEAD,.

As you've all said LIFE TIME WARRANTIES,,,

Well I called there number to find out what to do!!!!

HA HA,,,THE 800 # IS a phone sex line,,,( I guess we REALLY DID GET @@@@)

AN the non 800 # is out of survice??

Does any one have there number or know if still in business??

one last thing,,I KNOW WE all have our own opioun of these,,,

What has been the best luck with what/who's shock for a heavy front end DIESEL TRUCK???

I'm getting tired changing shocks every couple of years!!

I put on Monroe Magnums a while back and they seem OK. It is an old company and that says something good. I hesitate to try something new on the market that is not tried and proven.
 
I replaced my stockers with Bilstiens a couple years ago. The ride is definitly worse. Every ripple in the pavement is felt. Off road the Bilstiens are much better but I wish the on road ride hadn't suffered.
