Which Tensioner Pulley?

Would you recommend getting a tensioner pulley from dodge or just any local parts store like carquest? Is there any difference in quality?

Dealer item I think, and not cheap. I cnanged my belt and got rid of what I thought was a bearing squeak.

The reason I thought I needed to change the tensioner was because the belt was starting to wear on the one side. The dealer wanted $250 for the whole tensioner but instead I just got the pulley from Carquest for $25 since that was all that needed changed anyway.
