ID this Turbo ?

Brake lights don't work?

Ok everyone, I've been looking through all the threads.

Which turbo for MY app??

2003 205/555 motor, straight piped 3. 5-4"-5", turns out just fore the pass side dually wheels. TST PMCR, an edge ez available if it'll help. stock injectors for now (I may go bigger later).

I run empty 90% of the time, and just love acceleration. I also indulge in some top speed testing  .

This PMCR is gonna blow the stock turbo in no time. I need to be proactive with this.

Thanks,

Tony

KILLER B, sled puller 66 or phat shaft 66. The six speeds love turbos. You won't have any problem spooling them. I have spooled a killer b in my 6 speed truck with the boxes off

The TAD B1-04 is another option, will run to 50 psi and will spool as close to the stock turbo w/o box in the truck(I can't tell a difference between the two)

If you want acceleration and your stock turbo is still good then I would go with twins keeping the stocker on top. I've already gone through the stocker and the SP66's shaft is getting wobblely.

my turbo has side to side as in the pinwheel is rubbing against the housing.

Depending on how you look at the turbo that could be called front to back

when pressureized, maybe it is floating on the oil film and not touching the side of the turbo housing.

I can't pull the pinwheel assy out, or push it in at all. just side to side, about 1/8 inch play

Hey, Tony,

Give J. R. Adkins a call. He's got an HX-55 hybrid that sounds like it would be about right for you. Plus, he's only about 2. 5 hrs away in Indiana, so you could always go to his shop if needed.

I was really close to getting a lil'55, But I happen to get a great deal on this HTT SP66... And I love it, spools great with the right fuel ;)

I would however like to see a 3rd gen with a lil'55 - Just so we know if that is another option to add to the ever growing list of 3rd gen big-singles:

II SPS66 - http://www.industrialinjection.com/

HTT SP66 - http://www.htturbo.com/

TAD B1 - website unknown

JR's LIL'55 - no site made yet

wow, now were getting somewhere!
