Looking at some Ultra # 214 Grinder wheels in 20x9 with 5. 75" backspacing and +18mm offset... ... now all I gotta do is choose between the chrome or the gloss black w/diamond cut spokes & clearcoat.

Chrome :

Virtuallly everyone will tell you that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but there are some rules to design that, albeit subconciously, should guide one's choice in adding accessories.

The key to a well put-together vehicle (or anything else) is that your eye follows a natural flow path. If you look at some object, and you find that your eyes are darting around - or get stuck in one spot. . then most people will not find it pleasing (but they may not be able to explain why).

Having spent most of my life in Souther California, I'm a fan of the "clean" look. If you go with high-end chrome wheels, then I'd favor body colored door handles and molding. This will really highlight the wheels. Be careful with other chrome accessories (espeically less-expensive items) becuase they clutter the look... . I'd rather see a woman wearing a nice single diamond necklace hung at the perfect height to accent her cleavage than a bunch of cheap costume jewelery! :)

The funny part is that the "clean" look is not easy to accomplish. Many vehicle owners are victims of accessory-creap... where they put some thing on every couple of months until the truck looks like it was dragged through a JCWhitney catalog! As the adage goes, "It's difficult to make things simple"

BTW - I dig your ride - that blue color is perfect for a set of chrome wheels. but then I'd recommend pulling off the chrome door handles and window visors.

We are trying to get some 17x9s so sweet maybe they are true to there word this go around. Oh and I voted chrome beings you have chrome running boards and accents already. Black would throw everything off IMO.

I say chrome. Black on a bright blue truck would kill the look IMO. But then again i got a thing for shiny stuff on my truck:-laf:)

I have always been a fan of chrome but recently switched over to the dark side and its a refreshing change IMO. Chrome feels blingy, Black feels more industrial/tuff like.
