Which way does this go in?

I've got a question on which way does the transmittion mounting plate face when mounted to the crossmember piece? Back at 70,000 miles I had the dealer (under warrenty) replace the rear main seal. When I got the truck back the guy left the skid plate off!!!! I said something about missing parts and they put it back on. I lost my counter shaft bearings in my Getrag and when taking the transmission out I found out he put the crossmember on backwards (that is why he left off the skid plate)!!!! The service manual does not show this any were in it. Can any one help!!! I had a picture but I can't post it. This part has a bent piece on it that sweeps down and has 2 holes in it as its the plate that rests on the isolators. Which way does this piece go toward the front or toward the back?

I believe mine is faceing backwards I will double check and let you know .

Simplysmn, Thanks as I'm just picking up my transmission to night and my fly wheel as it go modified to add a pilot ball bearing so this weekend work is under the truck

Thanks Bgilbert, Your undercarage is cleaner than mine!!!! I got my clutch, transmission and transfer case all in by myself so Im happy except I have a broke front shackel that I need to get parts for it to fix it befor I can try it out!!! Thanks Guys!!!
