All of a sudden I am having a whining nosie in radio, like

a gasser. The pitch changes with the push of the pedal.

Have not done anything to truck, etc.

Where is this coming from and why all of a sudden?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I have always heard that engine noise over the radio was a result of a bad ground somewhere. I'd say that's a good place to start.

Check the alternator

The alternator and its ground can be a source of electrical noise that varies with engine speed!

Alternator - I've had it happen on 3 vehicles as soon as I started adding amps and higher performance stereo equipment. In some cases it's a bad alternator, in others just too much draw and you need a capacitor etc. .
