2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission whining noise?

Ok I have a whining noise when I let the clutch out and the truck starts to move it only does it until the truck gets up to around 1500 rpms and it only does it 2,3,4 gear that I can hear. Could it be the throw out bearing or what?
