also, beyond wanting more turbo than that for your combo, you should get more turbo than that for your money!



that's an $1100 turbo... you can get a 62/65-14 Schwitzer hybrid (HTB2/PS62/etc. ) for around the same price, especially if you keep an eye out for a good deal on a used one.



you'll get better spooling and cooling, balanced back pressure due to dual wastegate ports, etc.

Ok next question. What makes one louder than another? Always wondered why some trucks scream and others don't. There is Furd about 60yds away from my house and his is whistling at idle, I can hear it that far away. When he hits the pedal it is unbelievable and I have heard other Furds that are the same way.



I am planning on adding Mach 2's and a Smarty next year, would a 35/40 14cm housing be ok with that?

I've run Mach 3. 8's & a Smarty with a Dodgzilla 14 cm housing. It worked fine & the DZ is pretty economical.
