I've had them for about a year and I LOVE 'em.

Cool thanks I just put mine on and was wondering away around getting my receiver plug to work but I cant use it anyway its too wide it will cover the light:rolleyes:

Well I just installed this light setup its nice ,but I wasn't impressed with how you practally have to crawl under the truck to put the pin back in the hitch and atleast in my case have to drop the hitch down with a spacer, I wish I would have known that before I opened everthing up. now Im out of 90. 00 +. Oh well live and learn:rolleyes: :-laf

I have em and love em. I put my pin back in once and it has been there ever since. I have a locking pin and I never remove my hitch. I also extended the safety chain hookups with some shackles. They hang down so I can reach them easier. Take a look here.

The plug for tralier lights is just to the left in the pic. There is an adaptor that they sell to move your light hookup. Genos throws it in and I think White Knight charges $10 for it.

There great, but they work better if you cut them in half and weld angle on the hitch ends, extend the wires . It finishes off the hitch and does not make you move the connection.

What Shovelhead said about remounting the plug. I also removed the on/off switch from the White Knight and extended wires up to the firewall and brought them into the cab and mounted the switch on the lower right knee bolster. Now I can turn the lights on for someone or me, to hook up a trailer, close a gate or whatever. I like all the light I now have to see behind me now.

RJones,

Sorry to hear you're not happy with the light system.

I trimmed the plastic housing a little underneath to make it easier to put the pin back in, but I never take the hitch bar out.

It makes a great "Japanese can opener" for the idiot in the car who tags you from the rear 'cuz he/or she is yappin' on the cellphone. :D

I've been tagged three times... ..... no damage to the truck yet. :D

But WOW! you should see the front end of the OTHER guy!:--)

I leave my hitch in also for that reason . I wish I had a hitch pin on both ends of the Infinity . What did you guys do for the light conector. That was the main reason I opted to cut that thing in half.

I guess I kinda over reacted I like the system now that i spaced the hitch down but I cant leave the tongue in cuz it also open a leg up like a beer can:{ #@$%! But I have it back on so I'll come up with something . Thanks Rick
