For all of you guys that have been on the fence, You can now send in your money and back up your commitment. I have a lot of time invested in this and appreciate you guys stepping up. I would like to know this was worthwhile.



I will be going to Nuimage when they are ready. They are going to do the install with me. This way i can observe the pro's and take notes.



Also each overlay will include a tool to remove the gage needles. This should make the install as easy as pie

The idiot lights are a slightly tinted clear. so the amber lights should shine thru as the originals do. The odometer is also slightly tinted (blue) clear and the gear selector is a cutout

I like the orignal pics a WHOLE LOT better. These look lame to me. I'm not trying to be an ass but why did you change them??? I think what your doing is great you just shouldnt of changed the font and added all of the little white icons. Well I think these pics made me fall off the other end of the fence till I can actually see them ia a CTD.

What about secondary kilometers per hour number's. Canada and Mexico are not posted miles per hour speed limit's. I drive in both countries.

the only change is the font. The idiot lights are like the stock overlay(only show up when the light behind it illuminates)



The reason I changes the font is based on the feedback i rcvd from this site and the DTR. I wish you would have shared with me the extensive research you did on this. You should consider rereading your post's before you send them as i don't appreciate you telling me what i should and shouldn't do. I have only one boss and i am sure she is way prettier than you are on a serious note most people wanted an o/e look as opposed to the Italisized look. That is why i made the decision i did. I am sorry if you and others don't like it. I guess you just can't please all the people all the time.



there hasn't been a lot of expressed interest in the kph version. i feel for you guys in Canada. I don't think i can round up enough guys to get nuimage to do it.

You missed the point. Every new vehicle sold in the USA has both MPH and KPH marking's. Federal law.

I wouldn't want to get pulled over in Mexico for speeding. "Guilty until proven innocent" court system if you don't pay the cop.

It is not a federal law to make an overlay w/o kph. It would look too cluttered to try to include kph on this overlay. Therefor, you will have do the math and mark it before you install it (maybe a orange arrow @ 40 and 70 might work) sorry i cant offer any more help

oops messed up you need to mark it w/ kph maybe a 60kph, 85kph and 110kph should work.

Dan, I really like it, you did a good job on it. You may need to show a picture of one installed with a day shot and a night shot. I too would like to see one installed before purchase.

I didn't say aftermarket product are required to have both MPH and KPH.

I like the design, but it lack's critical information. I would'nt buy this Nu Image product for this reason.

I'll modify truck wiring and other aftermarket accessories, but not a preprinted graphic's overlay.

I have to agree, In my line of work, no matter how hard you try to make a room full of 30 customers happy, you will almost always have some one who isn't.

Don't sweat it DD, You were the one ot take the bull by the horns and get this project off the ground. If others don't like your desings its a free country (Canada and Mexico too) others can go through the pains of making one they like.
