I have white paint on one of my turbo blades. It’s like someone painted about ½ of one of the blades.

Anyone have an idea what this is about? The truck is 2 weeks old.

The white paint is applied to a portion of the turbo blade to balance it.

Thanks guys.

I'm sure you know the feeling when you have a new truck, especially when it's your first diesel... the slightest little thing elicits panic.

On that note: Ever seen GREEN oil?

The white mark is so you can hook up a timing light to your crank sensor and time the turbo lag... be careful adjusting easy way to lose a finger. LOL kidding BTW

Green Oil?? They running Kendal race oil in these things from the factory now?
