white smoke and shudder at 2200 rpm

On my 95 3500, stock plate slid forward, I have no power and engine shudders at about 2200 rpm, with white smoke from the exhaust. EGT and boost stay steady. It didn't do this before adjusting the cam plate. Appreciate any ideas. Thanks

Timming?



Does it kinda pop out the exaust while it is doing the "shuddering"?



Thats what mine did when i first started my BOMBING.

Then kicked the timming up a little and it was gone!
